Mespack Acquires SR Innova
Mespack expands their end-of-line packaging technology and product offering with the acquisition of Barcelona-based SR Innova.
Barcelona, Spain – August 8, 2017 – Mespack, the leading international manufacturer of flexible packaging machinery and a subsidiary of Duravant LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of SR Innova. The acquisition extends Mespack’s product offering of secondary packaging equipment for case packing, erecting, sealing and palletizing solutions and brings specialty technology for wrap- around case packing.
Founded in 1947, SR Innova designs and manufactures packaging machinery for food, beverage, oil, chemical, cosmetics, home care products and pharmaceutical applications.
