Andreas Plassmeier was appointed Managing Director of Henneken in July 2024. Prior to joining Henneken, Andreas held various commercial leadership roles in the food processing industry, including Technical Sales Manager at andtmann Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and Area Sales Manager at Tipper Tie Group. Earlier in his career he held roles as a Sales Engineer for Magurit Gefrierschneider GmbH and Production Manager at Butchery Plassmeier. Andreas has a graduate engineering degree in Food Technology and Food Process Engineering from Technical University Ostwestfalen – Lippe in Lemgo, Germany.

Martin Bolscher was appointed Managing Director of Votech in June 2024. Prior to joining Votech, Martin held various leadership roles across a variety of industries, and most recently held the role of interim CEO of Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions. His previous roles include several other interim CEO assignments in addition to General Manager for Malaysia and Singapore at Akzo-Nobel and Managing Director at Agrifirm/Nuscience Group. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a MBA from Nyenrode Business University in Breukelen, The Netherlands.

Harry van de Wiel was appointed VP & General Manager of Key Technology Netherlands in 2023 after having served as Sr. Director Sales and Project Engineering EMEA/Asia. Prior to joining Key Technology in 2021, Harry founded Essentia Consultancy, a firm supporting food processing companies with Capex projects. Earlier in his career, he founded Innotec Sysems BV and has held positions in sales, engineering and manufacturing for various food processing equipment manufacturers.

Jim Ruff was apointed VP & General Manager, Key Technology US in 2023. He joined the company in 1993 as a Mechanical Engineer and has held several senior leadership roles including Vice President of Integrated Solutions and Project Engineering, VP of R&D, Managing Director as an expatriate for Key Technology Netherlands. Prior to joining Key Technology, Jim served as Lead Propulsion Systems Engineer at the Boeing Company. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He earned a Professional Engineering license in the state of Washington in 1990.

Robert Pedersen was appointed President of PPM Technologies in 2014 after serving as CFO when he joined the company in 2012. Robert held several senior leadership roles throughout his career including Director of Finance where he was responsible for FP&A. He also was VP North America for Vestas in a Shared Service function supporting HR, IT and AP services. Prior, he held a Global finance leadership role at Dell Computer and FP&A Manager at the company. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Macro Economics from The University of Copenhagen.

Dave Hummel joined QC Conveyors as Vice President and General Manager in March of 2023. Prior to joining QC Conveyors, he held various positions as Executive VP and General Manager, Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Management. Dave’s tenure in Engineering and Manufacturing includes a background in custom automation, machining operations, packaging, regulated medical device & aerospace manufacturing. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.

Fabio Figueiredo was appointed Country Director for Duravant Brazil in November 2022. Before joining Duravant, Fabio was Country Director at Metalfrio Solutions SA, listed in São Paulo, Brazil, and a global leader in plug-in commercial refrigeration equipment. Throughout his 20-year tenure at Metalfrio, he held various leadership positions, including assignments in Brazil, the Latam, the United States, Mexico, Denmark, and Turkey, in B-2-B roles interacting with the largest multinational FMCGs across the beverage, beer, and frozen food segments. Fabio began his career as a stock market operator and later manager in the financial market in Brazil. He holds a Bachelors's degree in Economics from FAAP, Brazil, and an MBA in Marketing from FGV, Brazil.

Joeri De Vriesere was appointed Managing Director of Marelec in 2023. He joined the company in 2020 as Commercial Director where he oversaw Marelec's global growth strategy. Previously, Joeri served as Business Consultant at Koramic Holding, a Family Office, where he managed growth strategies for several companies withing the Koramic portfolio. He led restructuring efforts for various businesses with focus on sales and marketing, engineering and production. He has extensive global background managing businesses in China. Earlier in his career, he evolved from a one man design office to MD (mayor shareholder) of a leading design and engineering office for the off-road vehicle market. Joeri holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Ghent and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.

Brent was named President of NPI in 2023 after having held multiple senior leadership roles in the organization. Brent joined NPI in 1994 and served as Project Manager, Vice President of Engineering, Chief Technology Officer, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer. He is a talented developer and innovator holding multiple patents, with several patents’ still pending. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Pat Quint joined Duravant in April 2023 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining the company, he served as CIO at Mastronardi Produce where he led IT business strategies. He also held the position of Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Analytics at TD Ameritrade. Earlier in his career Pat served as Global Product Development and Launch Systems Executive at Adient, Vice President of the IT Business Process Office at Johnson Controls, and Global Application Delivery Manager at Ford Motor Company. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Wayne State University.

David Malinas was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer - North America in June of 2023. Prior to joining Duravant, he held the position of SVP & Chief Operating Officer for Dover Corporation. David's prior experience to Dover included VP & President of the Industrial Process business for ITT Corporation, and key management and senior leadership roles at ThermoFisher Scientific and Danaher Corporation. David holds both Bachelors (Chemical Engineering) and Masters (Engineering) degrees from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Harvard.

Olivier brings an excellent industrial and international background to lead the new developments of Fischbein International and strengthen the cooperation with Hamer-Fischbein.

After receiving his Industrial Engineering degree in Electronics in 1998 and his Executive MBA from Solvay Business School in 2008, Olivier started his career as an R&D engineer developing measuring equipment for the steel industry.

In 2002, he joined Magotteaux as R&D engineer manufacturing industrial equipment for the mining and cement industries and became Operations Manager.

In 2009, Olivier joined Ensival Moret and the pump business as plant manager of Pompes Deplechin in Tournai (Belgium) and in 2013 he became head of the worldwide after-sales business before joining Ensival Moret Belgium in Thimister-Clermont as Plant Manager, then became Managing Director and General Manager afterward in 2018.

Gary Smith was appointed VP & General Manager of FMH Conveyors UK in 2023. He has held leadership roles in supply chain, operations, and plant management, managing teams both on a local and global level. He has lived and worked in the UK, mainland Europe and the US leading industrial manufacturing and engineering companies. He most recently served as Site & Operations Director at ACCO Brands.

Jack Lee was appointed Group President, Food Sorting and Handling Solutions in 2023. He joined Duravant in 2022 as President, Key Technology Americas and also assumed leadership responsibility for WECO. Prior, Jack held the role of President of Red Lion Controls, a division of Spectris PLC. He also served as Managing Director of Surface Equipment and Automation at Dover Artificial Lift, a division of Dover Corporation. Earlier in his career, Jack held several key leadership roles at Emerson Electric, including VP of Global Marketing and Business Development and VP and General Manager of Instrumentation for their Remote Automation Solutions business. He also spent time as the Global Food and Beverage Industry Director and Strategic Planning Director at Emerson Process Management. Jack started his career as Computer Network Specialist and Chemical Engineer at Pennzoil. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University and Master’s degrees in Chemical/Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and Engineering Management from Northwestern University. Lee also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Cory Hypes is the Vice President & General Manager of Duravant Integrated Solutions, starting in July 2020. Prior to joining Duravant, Cory spent over 25 years in a variety of leadership roles in the automated integrated systems businesses. Most recently, he was the Founder, Owner and President of Optimus Automation. Prior to founding Optimus Automation, Cory served as Executive Vice President at Power Automation Systems, charged with Global expansion of the business. His prior roles also include Vice President & General Manager of Midwest Operations for Intelligrated, and Business Development Manager and District Sales Manager at Dematic. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island.

Einar Einarsson was appointed President of Marlen in January 2023. Before joining Marlen, Einar held various executive positions at Marel, including President of North American Region and Executive VP of Global Markets. Earlier in his career with Marel, he held several positions as a Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager and Product Manager. He served as Managing Director of Alpan Ltd, a manufacturer of high-quality cast aluminum cookware, early in his career, He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iceland and Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe in Germany.

Petros was named COO Emerging Markets in April 2022. Prior to joining Duravant, Petros served as President and CEO of Metalfrio Solutions SA, listed in São Paulo, Brazil, a global leader in commercial refrigeration equipment. He also held various senior leadership roles across mulitple geographic regions at Frigoglass SAIC, listed in Athens, Greece, including Managing Director/Group CEO. His extensive global management experience extends from North and South America to Europe, Africa, and Asia. Petros started his career at Procter & Gamble based in the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from UMIST, UK and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Alliance Manchester Business School, UK.

Jim James joined Foodmate in 2021 as Sr. Vice President of Service Operations, and in March 2022, he was appointed President of Foodmate US. Jim’s tenure within the food industry includes specializing in poultry & fish processing applications, with leadership roles in capital equipment executive management, sales, service, product management, and key account management. Prior to joining Duravant, Jim most recently served as Senior VP of Customer Services for Reiser. Jim served for 8 years in the US Air Force as a Munitions Maintenance Specialist and holds his degree from the University of Maryland.

Chris Glenn was appointed President of FMH Conveyors Americas in April 2022, previously serving as the Director of Engineering. Prior to joining FMH Conveyors, Chris held various leadership positions with Hytrol Conveyor Company, Delta Consolidated, Inc., and L.A. Darling Company. He has worked in local manufacturing throughout his career, specializing in operational and engineering functions, and he serves on the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturing Association (CEMA) Board. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology from Arkansas State University.

Mike LaBelle joined Duravant as Vice President of Business Development in November of 2019. Prior to Duravant, he served as a Director at Twin Brook Capital Partners, where he focused on business development, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior to that, Mike served as a Director of Commercial Development with National Express and held various other roles at Madison Capital Funding and William Blair, where he conducted financing and investment banking activities. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Hans Van der Aa was named President of SupportPro in 2019. Before joining Duravant, Hans served as Director of Regional Service for the Americas at ASM Assembly Systems. He held senior leadership positions in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Customer Support, and R&D at Assembléon (formerly Philips Electronics Manufacturing Technology) in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, China and the U.S. Hans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch in the Netherlands, and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.

Jim Woods was appointed to the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer in January of 2024. Prior to joining Duravant, he held the positions of SVP Global Supply Chain & Operations, VP Operations Integrated Solutions and Services, and Sr. Director Evoqua Lean Management at Evoqua Water Technologies. Jim’s experience prior to Evoqua included business system deployments at HarbisonWalker and Joy Global. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Jim currently serves on multiple Boards, including the Global Supply Chain Advisory Council, West Virginia University and the Industrial and Manufacturing Council, Penn State University.

Antoine van Bree was appointed President of Key Technology and WECO for the EMEAI and Asia regions in December 2021, having previously served as Duravant’s Food Processing EMEAI Director of Sales and Business Development. Prior to joining Duravant, he was the CEO of Nienstedt GmbH, a global market leader in equipment for frozen food processing. Antoine’s past roles also included several senior leadership positions during his 15+ years at Meyn, including Vice President of Latin America and Managing Director for the Further Processing business unit. Antoine holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Eindhoven and completed several leadership courses a.o. at the London Business School.

Rich Richardson joined Duravant in October 2020 as Chief Information Officer. Before joining Duravant, he held the position of Chief Information Officer & Business Process Excellence Leader for Honeywell Process Solutions. His leadership experience in both digital technology and operations began in the US Air Force and included companies such as Ford Motor Company, General Electric, Kiewit Construction and Spirit Aerosystems holding a variety of progressive positions in operational processes and digital technologies. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Erik Blom was appointed Managing Director, overseeing Votech in 2023. He joined Duravant in June 2020 as Managing Director, Food Processing Group EMEIA. Prior, Erik held the position of Managing Director of Meyn Food Processing Technology where he held multiple leadership roles in HR & IT Director. He also held several HR Group Directors positions at Stork N.V. in The Netherlands. Erik holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management and Organization Development and completed several strategic HR courses at the Michigan Ross School of Management.

Guillem Clofent was appointed President of Mespack in March 2019. Prior to joining Mespack, he held several senior leadership roles with global industrial companies including Mecalux, Grupo Serra Soldadura (Spain) and TGW Logistics Group (Austria). He has also served as Managing Director of Girbau’s, a Spanish worldwide leading company within the industrial and commercial laundry equipment industry. Guillem holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Master’s degrees in Organization and Management of Industrial Plants, and Design and Transformation Processes for Plastic Parts from UPC-Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona.

Carson Brennan was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2023. He joined Duravant in 2016 to lead Business Development and M&A and later served as President, Key Technology Americas. He most recently held the role of VP Strategy and Business Development. Before joining Duravant, he founded a remote coaching platform for young professionals. Prior, he served as Director of Finance and Operations for Evertrue and held positions with Madison Dearborn Partners and Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Carson holds a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.

Don Douglas has served as President of WECO since 2004.  He has been responsible for the company’s overall growth and geographic expansion by leading strategy, new product development, finance, sales and service.  Don holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

Priscille Tremblay was appointed President of Wulftec in 2021. Having joined the company in 1997, she held various leadership roles within the Wulftec organization, including leading sales and commercial growth strategies when she was appointed Director of Sales in 2002. Priscille has led Wulftec's powerhouse partner relationship program, and has been a member of the Wulftec executive team since 2008.

David Wilson was appointed Group President, Foodmate in 2023. He joined the company the same year as President Foodmate NL, bringing with him extensive leadership experience having served the the food processing industry for over 25 years. Most recently, he held the role of Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Marel Meat, based in The Netherlands, where he held additional leadership roles throughout his tenure. David holds a Bachelors degree in Agricultural and Business Management and a Masters degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Aberdeen in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Guy Lopes joined Wulftec in 1998 and is a member of the Wulftec executive team, currently serving as Operations Manager. He began his career at Wulftec as an electrical engineer, and throughout his tenure, assumed several roles that led him to direct the company’s engineering and operations strategies.  Prior to joining Wulftec, he was a consulting engineer with CIMA+ for 8 years, leading projects in various sectors: Power Utility, Water, Wastewater and Industrial Controls.  Guy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke, QC, Canada.

Stephane Joncas joined Wulftec as Controller in November 2003. Since 2008, he has held the position of Financial Director and member of the Wulftec executive team. Prior to joining Wulftec, he served as Controller for Aliments Prince Inc. and earlier in his career as an external auditor for Mallette Maheu Chartered Accountants. He holds a college degree in Finances from the Cegep of Rimouski (college), a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Sherbrooke. Stephane has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada since 1993.

Raman Joshi was appointed Group President, Global Material Handling Solutions in 2023. He joined Duravant in April 2017 as President of FMH Conveyors Americas and was appointed Group President, Material Handling Americas in 2022. Prior to joining Duravant, he held various executive positions at Manitowoc Cranes, including Vice President and General Manager – Asia Pacific, Managing Director – India, Director of Product Marketing, and Global Product Manager. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles in engineering, marketing and sales at NSK Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College in India, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan.

Mike Kachmer was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in March 2014. Prior to joining Duravant, he served as President of the Foodservice Group at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. and served as both Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Culligan International. Earlier in his career, Mike held senior leadership roles at Algroup Wheaton, Inc., Van Leer Containers, Inc., Ball Corporation and the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company. He currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bruce Manning was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. Before joining Duravant, he served as VP and CFO of the Health & Science Technologies segment of IDEX Corporation. While at IDEX, Bruce also held positions leading Corporate Treasury, Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis as well as other operational finance leadership positions. Bruce began his career at The Boeing Company in multiple operational and corporate finance roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Saint Louis University.

Eleni Yianas was named Vice President of Marketing in June 2014. Prior to joining Duravant, she held the position of Director of Global Marketing and Product Management for the Foodservice Platform at Pentair, Inc. Eleni held several strategic marketing leadership roles within Pentair focused on commercial, industrial and consumer markets and brands. Her previous roles include marketing management at Everpure, Inc. (currently Pentair), Prince Castle, Inc. and Keating of Chicago, Inc. Eleni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

David Parker was named Chief Human Resources Officer in October of 2020 and has been with Duravant since 2014 leading HR for the company. Before joining Duravant, he held the position of Director of Customer Administration for Ricoh Americas Corporation. His leadership experience in Human Resources began at Lanier Worldwide, Inc. (currently Ricoh) where he held a variety of positions directing compensation, benefits, sales operations and administration. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Vivek Joshi joined Duravant as Vice President of Operations in May 2015. Before joining Duravant, he served as Vice President of Business Transformation at Serta Simmons Bedding and previously as Vice President of Operations at Serta International. Earlier in his career, Vivek was a management consultant at Booz & Company and also held operations and marketing positions at NSK Corporation and Izumi Kinzoku Kogyo. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Jaipur, India, a Master of Science degree from New Mexico State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Georg Waldmueller was appointed to the role of President Material Handling Solutions EMEA in 2018. Prior to joining Duravant, he held various leadership roles across a variety of industries, including material handling and packaging equipment. In his most recent role as Speaker of the Board of Directors, COO and CFO of the Transnorm Group GmbH, he led the development and execution of their global growth strategy. Georg studied economics and business sciences and holds a master’s degree in Micro and Macro Economics from Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg, Germany.

Bob Campbell was appointed Duravant Vice President of Operations in January 2023. He joined the company in November 2014 as President of Marlen. Prior to joining Marlen, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Norlux and held leadership positions with TouchSensor Technologies, LLC and Dunlee, a division of Philips Medical Systems. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Rick Allegretti joined Arpac in 2003. Throughout his tenure, he held key leadership roles including Senior Operations Executive and Chief Operating Officer, and in 2012 was appointed President of Arpac. Prior to joining the company, he served as COO of IMS and President of Elf Machinery, an international custom packaging OEM. Earlier in his career, he held operations roles with Signature Brands, Fluid Management, S-K Hand Tools and General Motors. Allegretti holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Design Drafting from Morton College.

Raman Joshi joined Duravant in April 2017 as President of FMH Conveyors Americas and was appointed Group President, Material Handling Americas in 2022. Prior to joining Duravant, he held various executive positions at Manitowoc Cranes, including Vice President and General Manager – Asia Pacific, Managing Director – India, Director of Product Marketing and Global Product Manager. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles in engineering, marketing and sales at NSK Americas. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College in India, Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and Master of Business Administration from University of Michigan.

Scott Hazenbroek has been in the poultry processing industry since a very young age. His grandfather was engaged in the industry and later, his father started a poultry equipment manufacturing company in Holland.

In 2006, Scott, along with his brother, David Hazenbroek, founded Foodmate. In 2010 Foodmate US, Inc. was founded, and since then, Scott has been overseeing the US and Canadian operations. Scott graduated from college in the Netherlands, is bilingual in Dutch and English, and speaks German and French.

David Hazenbroek has a thorough background in all aspects of poultry processing, having grown up around the business. In 2006, he, along with his brother, Scott Hazenbroek, founded Foodmate. David directed the manufacturing operations in Holland (Foodmate BV).

In addition to presiding over Foodmate BV, David was responsible for the expansion efforts in Europe and Asia. He has over 20 years of international sales experience.

After the acquisition of Foodmate by Duravant in early 2021, David is still active as president of Foodmate BV.
