Michael J. Kachmer
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mike Kachmer was named President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2014. Prior to joining Duravant, he served as President of the Foodservice Group at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. and served as both Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Culligan International. Earlier in his career, Kachmer held senior leadership roles at Algroup Wheaton, Inc., Van Leer Containers, Inc., Ball Corporation and the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company. He currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Reuther was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2014. Before joining Duravant, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Manitowoc Foodservice, leading the financial and information technology functions. He also served as the financial lead in developing global manufacturing strategies. He previously held several finance and accounting leadership roles at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. including Corporate Controller. Reuther began his management career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Vice President of Marketing
Eleni Yianas was named Vice President of Marketing in June 2014. Prior to joining Duravant, she held the position of Director of Global Marketing and Product Management for the Foodservice Platform at Pentair, Inc. Yianas held several strategic marketing leadership roles within Pentair focused on commercial, industrial and consumer markets and brands. Her previous roles include marketing management at Everpure, Inc. (currently Pentair), Prince Castle, Inc. and Keating of Chicago, Inc. Yianas holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
Vice President of Human Resources
David Parker joined Duravant in August 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources. Before joining Duravant, he held the position of Director of Customer Administration for Ricoh Americas Corporation. His leadership experience in Human Resources began at Lanier Worldwide, Inc. (currently Ricoh) where he held a variety of positions directing compensation, benefits, sales operations and administration. Parker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Vice President of Operations
Vivek Joshi joined Duravant as Vice President of Operations in May 2015. Before joining Duravant, he served as Vice President of Business Transformation at Serta Simmons Bedding and previously as Vice President of Operations at Serta International. Earlier in his career, Joshi was a management consultant at Booz & Company and also held operations and marketing positions at NSK Corporation and Izumi Kinzoku Kogyo. Joshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Jaipur, India, a Master of Science degree from New Mexico State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

President, Marlen International
Bob Campbell was appointed President of Marlen International in November 2014. Prior to joining Marlen International, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Norlux and held leadership positions with TouchSensor Technologies, LLC and Dunlee, a division of Philips Medical Systems. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Reinout Van Zijp
Managing Director, Mespack
Reinout Van Zijp joined Mespack in 2001 as Managing Director of the company, bringing with him an extensive career in the global packaging machinery industry. Prior to joining Mespack, he held the leadership position of International Sales Manager at Volpak. Van Zijp received his Higher Economic and Administrative Education in the Netherlands before earning his Associate’s Degree in Marketing from the Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing (NIMA).
Dan Brown was appointed President of Hamer-Fischbein in 2015. He joined the company in 2002 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, held several executive roles and later served as President of Hamer LLC. Prior to joining Hamer-Fischbein, he held leadership roles in marketing with Rice Lake Weighing Systems and Mettler-Toledo International. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University.
Senior Vice President, Statesville Operations, Hamer-Fischbein
Allan Sutherland joined Hamer-Fischbein as General Manager of Fischbein in 2009. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Hamer-Fischbein’s Statesville, NC operations in 2016. Prior to joining the company, Sutherland held leadership roles with several companies including President of Roberts Polypro, President of the Industrial Technology Group of Derlan Industries, and Vice President of Finance of Cochrane Dunlop. Sutherland began his career with Ernst & Young in Toronto. Sutherland is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, and he holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from McGill University in Montreal and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University in Toronto.
René A. Bontemps
Sr. Vice President and General Manager, Fischbein International
René Bontemps joined Fischbein in 1998 as General Manager of the Eastern Hemisphere Business Unit, and in 2003 his role expanded to lead Fischbein-Saxon Ltd in London. Prior to joining Fischbein, he served as General Manager for Crown Cork Machinery Division and held managerial roles at Eurinter and Steelinter, two international steel production companies. Bontemps holds a Master of Sciences in Engineering degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Polytechnique), a complementary Master in Management degree and a Post-Graduate in International Trade, both from the Solvay Business School (ULB) in Brussels, Belgium.
President, FMH Conveyors Americas
Kurt Huelsman joined FMH Conveyors Americas as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in February 2013 and was named President in 2015. Prior to joining FMH Conveyors, Huelsman served as VP and Segment Manager in the Healthcare Division of Ecolab. His earlier positions include leadership roles at Microtek Medical and the Kendall-LTP division of Tyco Healthcare (now part of Medtronic) where he served as Vice President of Marketing at both companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
Vice President and General Manager, FMH Conveyors International
Jon Richmond joined FMH Conveyors International as Manufacturing Manager in 2002 and was named Vice President and General Manager in 2011. Prior to joining FMH Conveyors, he served as Logistics Manager, Planning Manager and Purchasing Manager at Interroll Ltd. Richmond also served as Purchasing Manager at Spectus and held various roles in engineering manufacturing. Richmond achieved a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Wolverhampton Polytechnic in the United Kingdom.
