Arpac acquires Extreme Packaging

Arpac expands their horizontal shrink wrapper technology and product offering with the acquisition of Extreme Packaging Machinery Inc.

Schiller Park, IL – May 25, 2017 – Arpac, the leader in end-of-line packaging solutions specializing in engineered-to-order and complete integrated systems and a subsidiary of Duravant LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Extreme Packaging Machinery Inc. ["Extreme"]. The acquisition expands Arpac's product offering for secondary packaging equipment and enhances their technology position for shrink wrap systems.

Founded in 1990, Extreme designs and manufactures high performance, low maintenance auto shrink wrap machines, shrink tunnels, and automated infeed systems. Renowned for their consistent drive for innovation, Extreme excels in designing high speed, high quality, and reliable horizontal shrink wrap systems including the Zero Edge Sealer, a uniquely designed horizontal shrink wrapper that eliminates material scrap and delivers savings to operators.
